| AXA Assistance will refund the cancellation cost (including airport taxes) payable by the insured, without deduction of any franchise, in the following cases: |
- death, accident or grave illness of the insured or a family member
- theft from the private or business premises of the insured during the 48 hous that precede the flight
- psychiatric, mental or depressive illness, only when hospitalisation of more than three days is required
- loss or obtention of employment
- medical problems resulting from a vaccination
- refusal by the authorities to issue a visa
- visa denial by local authorities
the Cancellation Cost cover shall be valid insofar the cost invoiced by the airline is in conformity with the conditions of sale applicable to the file in question
in no case shall the reimbursement by AXA Assistance exceed the amount of €800 (including taxes) per person or € 5.000 (including taxes) per case |

| Axa assistance guarantees the luggage up to € 1,500 per person, worldwide, outside the principal and secondary residence of the insured, against : |
- theft
- total or partial destruction
- loss (including medical equipment) during transport carried out by an approved transport company
- delay in delivery by the airline of more than 24 hours
Limitation of the guarantee:
- theft of valuable objects: 40% of the insured sum € 600
- objects acquired during the journey: 25% of the insured sum € 375
- late delivery: € 150 per person
- a franchise of € 15 per person will be deducted from all reimbursements relating to luggage insurance
