In which airports can I buy a lounge access with AirportVipLounge?
In over 50 European airports. To view a comprehensive list of all locations simply go to step 1
on the Home Page and click on the list "select your airport". We are in constant negociation
to extend this network, so do not hesitate to visit us again if you don’t find the required airport
today.
What are the conditions to buy a lounge access with AirportVipLounge?
You can buy your access now online:
• from only € 25
• with no subscription fee
• and no matter your ticket fare.
You will be asked to pay online via a secure network connection using one of the following cards - CB, Visa, MasterCard.
How do I buy a lounge access with AirportVipLounge?
There are 3 simple steps to a successful booking:
1. Select your airport
2. Complete your passenger details (if you travel in a group, only one passenger details is necessary)
3. Complete your payment details and get your booking number.
Please remember that your booking number will enable you to acces the lounge and we recommand that you print the confirmation e-mail that we send you.
Can I buy access for different lounges at a time?
No, for now AirportVipLounge allows only one lounge access per transaction.
What happens if I have a problem with my lounge access?
Should you experience any problems, please contact us on +33 1 41 41 93 75 mentionning AirportVipLounge and one of the customer service agents will assist you.
How many people can be included on one lounge access?
10 passengers are allowed per booking. If you need a group booking please contact us 48h in advance on +33 1 41 41 93 75 and we will arrange your booking.
Are children allowed access to the lounges?
Children are allowed in most lounges (> 3 years old are paying guests). This information will be clearly displayed on the first step of the booking process.
What happens if I forget or lose my lounge access confirmation?
You need your booking number to be able to enter the lounge. Under the terms and conditions of AirportVipLounge, lounges will refuse entry to any passengers not in possession of a valid AirportVipLounge booking number.
If you fill in your mobile phone number with the appropriate format (example +33 1 41 41 93 75), AirportVipLounge will send you your booking number by SMS.
What happens if I need to cancel or amend my lounge access?
Under the terms and conditions of AirportVipLounge, if you need to cancel your booking, you will get a refund of your transaction (minus € 5).
If you need to amend your booking, please forward your booking confirmation e-mail to lounge@airsavings.net and mention the changes you require.
How long can I stay in a lounge?
Under the terms and conditions of AirportVipLounge, the maximum stay within any lounge is 3 hours.

These can vary but we can classify in 2 categories:

What is included in the cost of the lounge access?
You are free to use any facilities or services available. Where payment is required for additional
