This section aims to bring important points to your attention.

Price Changes:
All prices are for pre-booking and include VAT at the current french rate of 19.6%. Price is in euro per access.
Airsavings price includes:
Snacks provided by the lounge and all drinks, except Champagne.
All services described on the Lounge page are under the responsibility of the Lounge provider.
Lounge Location:
Please make sure you have directions to your lounge.
Airside/Landside:
Airside lounges are after security and passport control and can only be used by customers with a valid boarding card.
Landside lounges are before security and Passport Control and can be used by people who aren’t travelling or
people on domestic flights.
Smoking arrangements:
These vary at each lounge.
Customer's obligations:
The Customer shall ensure that he is at all times appropriately dressed and shall behave in an appropriate manner.
The Lounge Provider reserves the right at its sole and absolute discretion to refuse entry or to remove any Customer
whose behaviour or mode of dress is considered by the Lounge Provider to be unsuitable or is likely to offend other Customers.
Luggage:
For security reasons, you must take all your luggage with you if you leave the lounge, even if you plan to return.
Announcements:
Lounge staff may announce your flight but cannot guarantee to do so. You are responsible for catching your flight.
Business Facilities:
Lounges have a range of business services including telephones.
If you use these, you must pay for them when you leave the lounge.
Arrival Times:
You can arrive at your lounge up to 3 hours before your flight, subject to lounge and security and passport control opening times.
Should you arrive earlier, admission will be at the discretion of lounge staff.
Please make sure you have been given the opening and closing times for your lounge.
Children:
In lounges which permit children, an adult must accompany them at all times.
Pets:
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the lounges.
Use of the lounge:
Is subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant lounge operator.
Not all lounges have toilet and bathroom facilities.
Cancellation:
Bookings can be canceled 48 hours before arrival by logging to your account and selecting cancelation.
A 5 € cancelation fee will be invoiced.
Terms of Payment:
Customers shall make payment for the Lounge Facilities when booking by entering the details of their debit or credit card
onto the on-line booking form, provided that such credit or debit card is listed as acceptable to Airsavings on the booking
form instructions.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Customer shall not be entitled to any discount.
